Introspection Before A New Body of Work

Art can disrupt because of its honesty. We're certainly not very accustomed to that in this world. I've been doing a lot of introspection as I begin to create a new body of work and I've come to some conclusion that getting to know yourself is often viewed as dangerous. I like that. I'm surviving doing what I love and that's all I ever wanted. This year was all about survival for myself and many of you. Art is not something you can eat. It does not give you shelter, but it does something that's unquantifiable.
